**OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS FOR THE BEYONCÉ CONCERT TICKET RAFFLE**

 

**1. SPONSOR**  

The Beyoncé Concert Ticket Raffle (the "Raffle") is organized and sponsored by Jonamega Luxury Goods ("Sponsor"). By entering this Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

 

**2. ELIGIBILITY**  

The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

**3. ENTRY PERIOD**  

The Raffle begins on February 15th at 12:00am PST and ends on May 15th at 11:59pm PST (the "Entry Period"). All purchases must be completed within this time frame to be eligible for entry.

 

**4. HOW TO ENTER**  

Participants will receive one (1) entry into the Raffle for every $100 spent on qualifying purchases made on Jonamega.com during the Entry Period. Entries are automatically calculated based on cumulative spending (e.g., $200 = 2 entries).

 

*No Purchase Necessary Alternative:* To comply with applicable laws, an alternative method of entry is available. Participants may mail a handwritten postcard with their full name, mailing address, phone number, preferred social media handle (username), and email address to PO Box 3791 San Diego, CA 92163 with the subject "Beyoncé Concert Raffle Entry." Only one mail-in entry per person is allowed. Entries must be received by May 14, 2025.

Each valid mail-in entry will be treated as equivalent to one (1) purchase-based entry.

 

**5. PRIZE**  

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ticket for Beyonce: Cowboy Carter Tour on May 25th, 2025 at MetLife Stadium (the "Prize"). THERE MAY BE OTHER TICKETS TO BE PART OF THE RAFFLE FOR OTHER WINNERS.

 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor is not responsible for providing an alternative prize, replacement, or any form of compensation.

​Prize includes concert ticket only. Travel, lodging, transportation and all applicable costs are the responsibility of the winner.

 

**6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION**  

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on May 15, 2025 using a computerized or manual random selection process. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

The random selection process will be conducted under the supervision of a Sponsor representative.

 

**7. TAXES & LIABILITY**  

The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the Prize. By participating, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability related to the Raffle, Prize, or event attendance.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other issues that may interfere with participation in the Raffle.

 

**8. PUBLICITY RELEASE**  

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

**9. GENERAL CONDITIONS**  

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity of the Raffle.

If the event is canceled, the Sponsor is not responsible for providing an alternative prize or compensation.

 

**10. GOVERNING LAW**  

This Raffle is governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
